A gathering place. This is the first idea we had when reading the statement of this contest in Rwanda. Considering the heavy past of this country again united for several years, we immediately tried to create an open, as open as possible. An extrovert place, reaching out to anyone who approaches near or far. A place that opens to the people, but also to the trees that populate this region of the country. The project is defined by an almost invisible inner / outer boundary. Three steps down on a terrace itself protected by a roof levitating. The faithful can access the Temple from all sides. No precise entry is defined, which facilitates access, both in the moral and physical approach. Despite all this before being an exclusively holy place, is a gathering place for everyone. A shelter. A shelter in the shape of a circle. Everyone finds its place.
